Laguna Water provides potable water for 600 families affected by Typhoon Ulysses

Laguna Water reached out to more than 600 families in the Province of Laguna who were affected by the havoc wrought  by Typhoon Ulysses. In coordination with the Provincial Government of Laguna, the company provided water tankering services to hundreds of homeless, evacuated families in Barangays Dela Paz and Malaban in Biñan City, and Barangays Aplaya and Sinalhan in Santa Rosa City.

More handwashing facilities are built under the WASH in Pandemic program, which aims to deliver immediate water access, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) interventions in the “new normal”—this time in Pasig City. WASH in Pandemic: New hybrid handwashing facilities at Marikina Sports Center

Marikina Sports Center, known for hosting various local and international sports competitions, will soon serve as an emergency quarantine facility for the residents in the City. In partnership with P&G, Safeguard Philippines and Department of Health, two handwashing facilities were turned over to the Marikina City Government on October 29, to help ensure the safety of the frontliners, staff and patients who will use the quarantine facilities in the sports center.
