Notice to Manila Water Customers: Foreign Currency Differential Adjustment (FCDA) Effective October 1, 2024
September 16, 2024Effective 01 October 2024, the Foreign Currency Differential Adjustment (FCDA) is 2.03% of the basic charge or Php0.86 per cubic meter. Low-income households consuming 10 cubic meters a month or less will be exempt from the adjustment.
