Boracay Island Water Company, Inc. (Boracay Water), the water service provider with the only centralized sewerage system in the famed island of Boracay continues to remain compliant with the stringent pollution control standards of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

In support of President Duterte’s Executive Order No. 53 directing the mandatory connection of all establishments in Boracay to the island’s central wastewater facilities, Boracay Water began fast tracking the implementation of wastewater expansion projects to accommodate all establishments in the island including non-Boracay Water customers or those who are currently being served by island’s other water service provider.

As one of the staunchest advocates of rebuilding a better and more sustainable island paradise, Boracay Island Water Company, Inc. (Boracay Water) recently completed the sewage diversion flow system from its Balabag Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to the Manocmanoc STP, allowing more establishments and households in the Balabag area to connect to the company’s sewer network.
