As early as January this year, Manila Water has already prepared its 3,273 fire hydrants to assist our firefighters and barangays, especially during the drier months.

Boracay Water, a subsidiary of Manila Water Philippine Ventures and a concessionaire of Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), recently celebrated the business unit’s 14th anniversary in delivering quality water and wastewater services and advocating environmental sustainability in the island of Boracay.

Manila Water posted ₱20.5 billion in operating earnings for 2023. Solid topline growth for the year was driven by the continued recovery of customer demand with the resumption of economic activities, as well as implementation of tariff adjustments in the East Zone Concession and several Non-East Zone Philippines businesses. Coupled with Manila Water’s implementation of cost management and efficiency initiatives, operating margins improved 11 percentage points to 67%. 

Manila Water is releasing its March desludging schedule and encouraging more customers to avail of its septic tank siphoning service at no additional cost.

Manila Water Foundation, the social development arm of Manila Water Company, kicked off its month-long celebration of its 19th anniversary this February, spearheading several projects and programs to champion Water Access, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) across the Philippines with the theme “Celebrating Ripples of WASH.”
