Manila Water is looking for exceptional graduates willing to be part of a management developmental program designed to develop a pipeline of future leaders in the company. Guided by the values of excellence, team orientation, integrity and social responsibility, the Cadetship Training Program (CTP) is open to fresh graduates of technical and non-technical courses.
The program consists of classroom-based training, specialized on-the-job training and actual immersions to build strengths and capabilities in the technical and management aspects of the business. At the end of the program, CTP graduates are offered a performance-driven and a dynamic career in Manila Water, coupled with a continuing development program to support their career in the organization.
