Project Name: Design and Supply of the two Tunnel Boring Machines for the Long-Term East – Phase 1 (LTE 1) Project
Contract Title: TBMs for LTE Phase 1 

Manila Water Company, Inc. (MWCI) invites interested applicants to participate in the Prequalification for the Design and Supply of the two Tunnel Boring Machines for the Long-Term East – Phase 1 (LTE 1) Project scheduled on 13 August 2024. 
This invitation is open to all qualified TBM Suppliers which possess the necessary technical experience and capability to deliver different types of Tunnel Boring Machines. The works under this Supply Contract shall be for the design, construction and supply of two small diameter TBMs including their Back Up, spare parts and Site Assistance. 

A Prequalification Conference is set on August 7, interested bidders may obtain further information and secure the Prequalification Documents by sending a Letter of Intent (LOI) via email to the address below no later than 06 August 2024.

Applications for prequalification should be submitted in portable document format (PDF) and should be emailed to the designated Manila Water email.

INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Contract name: LTE1 Project – Tunnels 1B and 1C
Manila Water Company, Inc. (MWCI) invites interested applicants to participate in the prequalification for the Design and Build of the two 7.5 km Tunnels (named Tunnel 1B and Tunnel 1C) for the Long-Term East – Phase 1 (LTE1) Project scheduled for October 23, 2024.

This invitation is open to all local and international Contractors which possess the necessary technical experience and capability to:

• Design and construct the necessary structures to allow launching and retrieving two 3.7 m diameter TBM
• Design and fabricate the precast tunnel lining to be installed contemporarily to the Tunnels excavation
• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain two TBM supplied by MWCI.
• Design and construct other minor ancillary works foreseen under the LTE1 project’s scope

Interested applicants shall submit Letter of Intent (LOI) and may obtain further information to the E-mail addresses below. Complete set of Prequalification Documents shall be issued upon receipt of LOI.

The LOI shall be submitted in portable document format (PDF) via e-mail on or before 18 OCT. 2024 (12 Noon – Philippine Time)
