Due to the depleting level of La Mesa Dam, several areas served by the East La Mesa Treatment Plant will be experiencing a reduction in pressure as Manila Water undertakes the transfer of water supply from East La Mesa Treatment Plant to Balara Treatment Plant by way of the Southeast mainline beginning 10:00PM on May 5, 2018.
