Manila Water, through its fully owned subsidiary Manila Water Philippine Ventures, has been granted the franchise to provide water supply services in the Municipality of Manaoag in Pangasinan. 

Following its recent ventures in Pangasinan in the municipalities of Calasiao, San Fabian, Sta. Barbara, and Malasiqui, Manila Water Philippine Ventures continues to expand its presence as it received a Notice to Proceed from the Municipality of Manaoag,  through Ordinance No. 09 Series of 2018, for the provision and improvement of the water supply operation, maintenance, management, financing and expansion, and the provision of septage management that will benefit 26 barangays. 

Through an estimated capital investment of over Php588.66 million, the 25-year franchise of the water company is expected to deliver nine million liters of water per day.
