Manila Water joins Day of Trees celebration

Photo shows volunteers and representatives from Manila Water planting indigenous trees at the La Mesa Arboretum Park to mark the Philippine Arbor Day.
Manila Water recently participated in the commemoration of Philippine Arbor Day at the La Mesa Watershed Arboretum Park.
Led by Undersecretary and Chief of Staff Gen. Rodolfo C. Garcia, Manila Water Sustainability leaders Florante Panganiban and Roman Corpuz joined Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) key officials in the planting of indigenous trees in the reservation area.
The Day of Trees was hosted by DENR National Capital Region (NCR) with the theme “Trees for Sustainable Cities”.
