Manila Water signs 25-year deal with PEZA for Cavite Estate

Manila Water Philippine Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Manila Water Company, Inc. recently inked a 25-year lease agreement with the Philippine Economic Authority (PEZA) to provide water and used water services to Cavite Special Economic Zone.

Under the agreement, Manila Water Philippine Ventures will lease, operate, and manage the water and used water facilities of the 275-hectare industrial estate that accommodates almost 300 locators, consuming approximately 12 million liters of water per day.

Manila Water Philippine Ventures handles the expansion programs of parent company Manila Water outside the east zone concession area. It is the official water and used water services provider of Clark Freeport Zone and Clark Special Economic Zone through its operating subsidiary, Clark Water; the province of Laguna including the industrial locators in Laguna Technopark through its operating unit Laguna Water as well as the entire island of Boracay through Boracay Island Water Company.
