Manila Water Philippine Ventures forges partnership with TPGI for another Pangasinan water project

Following its recent foray in Calasiao and San Fabian, both in the province of Pangasinan, Manila Water Philippine Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Manila Water Company, Inc., continues to expand its presence in the province as it recently signed and executed a Joint Venture Agreement with Tubig Pilipinas Group, Inc. (TPGI) for a water supply project that will benefit the municipality of Malasiqui.
 
Under the agreement, Manila Water Philippine Ventures and TPGI shall form a joint venture company to establish, construct, operate, manage, repair and maintain the water supply systems and facilities in the municipality.
 
TPGI has 50 years in the pipe manufacturing industry and has more than 30 years of experience in bulk water supply, water distribution system and wastewater management.
 
Under the agreement, the Ayala-led water company and TPGI shall own equally divide the capital stock of the joint company.
