Since it began operating the water and wastewater system of eastern Metro Manila and Rizal Province, East Zone concessionaire Manila Water has endeavored to provide 24/7 water supply to its current 7.4 million residents. Manila Water launches Mandaluyong City’s first microtunneling project

Manila Water piloted the first microtunneling technology in Mandaluyong City for the construction of the Mandaluyong West Sewer Network Package 1. The project is part of the Php785M Mandaluyong West, San Juan South and Quezon City South Sewerage System that includes the Aglipay Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) complemented by a combined sewer network, which will cater to households in Mandaluyong, San Juan Cities, and a segment of Quezon City.
