The project is part of the Php785M Mandaluyong West, San Juan South and Quezon City South Sewerage System that includes the Aglipay Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) complemented by a combined sewer network, which will cater to households in Mandaluyong, San Juan Cities, and a segment of Quezon City. The 60-million liters per day (MLD) capacity (expandable to 120 MLD) Aglipay STP is expected to be physically completed by January 2024.
