Director of the Company since November 26, 2009 and became the President and CEO on June 30, 2010. Mr. Ablaza is a Senior Managing Director of Ayala Corporation and a member of the Ayala Group management committee, a post he has held since 1998. Mr. Ablaza is the Co-Vice Chairman of Globe Telecom, Inc. and a board director of Bank of the Philippine Islands, BPI Family Savings Bank, BPI Card Finance Corporation, Azalea Technology Investments, Inc., Asiacom Philippines, Inc., and Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of AC Capital with directorship position in HR Mall Holdings Limited, LiveIT Investments Limited, Integreon, Inc., Affinity Express Holdings Limited, New Bridge International Investments Ltd., Stream Global Services, and Renewable Energy Test Center (RETC). He was the president and CEO of Globe Telecom, Inc. from 1998 to April 2009. Mr. Ablaza was previously Vice-President and Country Business Manager for the Philippines and Guam of Citibank, N.A. for its global consumer banking business. Prior to this position, he was Vice-President for consumer banking of Citibank, N.A. Singapore. Attendant to his last position in Citibank, N.A., he was the bank's representative to the Board of Directors of City Trust Banking Corporation and its various subsidiaries. Mr. Ablaza graduated summa cum laude from De La Salle University in 1974 with an A.B. degree major in Mathematics (Honors Program). In 2004 he was recognized by CNBC as the Asia Business Leader of the Year, making him the first Filipino CEO to win the award. In the same year, he was rewarded by Telecom Asia as the Best Asian Telecom CEO.

Directorof the Company since April 24, 1998.  Mr.Aquino was elected president of Ayala Land, Inc. last April 1, 2009. He joinedthe Company as Group Director for Corporate Affairs and was later appointedPresident in January 1999. He has been with the Ayala Group in various capacities for the past 29 years and now holds the position of Senior Managing Director.  He was President of the Ayala Property Management Corporation from 1990 to 1998 and Senior Vice President of Ayala Land, Inc. from 1989 to 1998. He was also a Business Unit Manager at IBM Philippines, Inc. from 1968-1980. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hero Foundation. He also serves as a Member of the Boardof various corporate social responsibility foundations such as Ayala Foundation, Manila Water Foundation, Habitat for Humanities Philippines, La Mesa Watershed Foundation and Makati Environment Foundation. Mr. Aquino completed the academic requirements for masteral degree in Business Management at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and completed his Bachelor of Science, major in Management degree, at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Director of the Company since May 6, 2002.  He also holds the following positions:  Chairman of MPM Noodles Corp.,  Philwater Holdings Co., Inc.; Chairman of AYCHoldings Ltd. and Chairman and President of A.C.S.T. Business Holdings,Inc.;  Director of Ayala Corporation, Ayala Land, Inc., Globe Telecom, Inc., Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., Ayala Automotive Holdings Corp., and AI North America.  He was formerly President and CEO of Benguet Corporation and Secretary of the Department of Energy of the Philippine government.  He was named Management Man of the Year in 1999 by the Management Association of the Philippines.  He graduated with B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines in 1967 and took his MBA (with Distinction) from Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1971.

Director of the Company since October 23,2008.  Mr. Cornish is currently the Managing Director of Utility Solutions. He has also assumed a number of HR, planning and operational roles in the utility and manufacturing sectors. He worked for British Aerospace, Plessey Telecommunications and Associated British Foods and also served as an ExecutiveDirector of NHS Trusts.  In 1998, he joined the West of Scotland Water Authority as Human Resources Director and was involved in major change programmes.  Hewent on to become its Customer Services Director and later Chief Executive.  He joined Thames Water in2002 as Global Business Performance Director, working across Europe, the Asia-Pacificand the Americas, eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer for Thames Water UK and Ireland.  He graduated with a B.A. in Economics/Business Studies degree from the University of Strathclyde, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.

Mr.Yamashita is the Assistant General Manager of the Water & Environment Solutions Unit of Mitsubishi Corporation since 2010. He served as a Department Manager for Business Development of Mitsubishi Corporation Manila Branch from 2001to 2008. He also served as representative of Mitsubishi Corporation in the Public-Private Partnership projects: Leading the planning workshop "Infrastructure in East Asia" conducted by the Asian Development Bank in 2004. He graduated from the Keio University, Faculty ofLaw and Politics in 1990. He is also in the MBA program, Graduate School of Finance, Accounting and Law in WasedaUniversity since 2009.

Mr. Francia is a Managing Director and a member of the Management Committee of Ayala Corporation since January2009. Mr. Francia is the Head of Ayala's Corporate Strategy Group, which is responsible for overseeing Ayala's portfolio strategy, providing analytic support for resource allocation decisions, and aligning and monitoring key performance metrics within the group. He is also a director of Integreon and Michigan Power. Prior to joining Ayala, Mr. Francia was the Head of the Global Business Planning and Operations of the Monitor Group, a strategy consultingfirm based in Cambridge, MA.  He spent 12 years in the management consulting sector both as a senior consultant and member of the management team. Prior to consulting, he spent a few years in the field of academe and media. Mr. Francia received his undergraduate degree in Humanities and Political Economy from the University of Asia & the Pacific, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  He then completed his Masters Degree in Management Studies at the Universityof Cambridge in the UK, graduating with First Class Honors.

Independent Director of the Company since February 3, 2005. He has been a Director of the Bank of the Philippine Islands since April 2003. Among his other positions are: Chairman of MRL Gold Phils., Inc. and Link Edge, Inc.; Member of the Board of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, Pepsi Cola Products Philippines Inc., and First Philippine Electric Corporation. Prior to this post, he has served the Shell Group of Companies in the Philippines in various capacities, including Country Chairman and concurrently President of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation and Managing Director of Shell Philippines Exploration B.V. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Inc., SGV Foundation, and El Nido Foundation, Inc. He finished his B.A. degree major in Economics (Cum Laude) at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1965. He also finished post-graduate studies in Waterloo University and Harvard Business School, among other schools abroad.

Independent Director of the company since April 12, 2010. He is presently the Vice Chairman of the Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company. At present, he also holds the following positions: Chairmanof Philam Foundation, Tower Club, Inc., and The Covenant Car Company; Director and Chairman of BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corporation; Vice Chairman and Independent Director of SM Prime Holdings; Vice Chairman of Genesis Hotels and Resorts Corporation; Director of Bauang Private Power Corporation, Bacnotan Consolidated Industries, Holcim Philippines, Beacon Property Ventures and Philippine Dealing Systems, Inc. Mr. Cuisia is active in educational institutions being Chairman of the Board of Governors and the Board of Trustees of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). He is also the Chairman of CV Starr Center for Corporate Governance of the AIM. Mr. Cuisia graduated from De La Salle University with AB-BSC degrees (Magna Cum Laude) and earned an MBA degree fromThe Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1970 as a University Scholar.

He also holds the following positions: General Counsel, Compliance Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Ayala Corporation effective January 1, 2009; Assistant Corporate Secretary of Ayala Land Inc.; Director of Pameka Holdings, Inc., Water Capital Works, Inc. and West Zone Water Service, Inc.; Corporate Secretary of Integreon Managed Solutions (Philippines), Inc., Philwater Holdings Company, Inc., Northern Waterworks and Rivers of Cebu Inc., Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. and Ayala Foundation, Inc.; Company Secretary of Integreon, Inc. and Affinity Express Holdings Ltd.; Director of Michigan Holdings, Inc.; Company Secretary of AC International Finance Ltd. and AYC Finance Ltd. effective February 2009; and Director of Manila Water Total Solutions, Inc.
