Manila Water Company, the country’s largest water and wastewater service provider in the country and recently named as best managed company by Asiamoney Magazine, continues to pursue ways to make its service more customer-friendly and more convenient.

It recently signed up a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Banco de Oro – Equitable PCI (BDO-EPCI), the second largest bank in the country with a vast distribution network of 680 branches and over 1,200 ATMs nationwide, to provide Manila Water customers a convenient mechanism to settle and pay their bills through BDO’s Auto Charge Facility.
The Auto Charge Facility of BDO-EPCI, adjudged the best Bank in 2007 by Euromoney provides optimum service for Manila Water’s customers by providing them with more collection channels. This facility also ensures on-time and hassle-free accounts collection as well as on-time settlement and crediting of collections.
Present during the MOA signing were (from left) Assistant Vice President Emma Lacsamana and First Vice President Ma. Nanette R. Regala from BDO-EPCI, and Chief Finance Officer Sherisa P. Nuesa and Business Group Director Rene D. Almendras from Manila Water.
