Conflict of Interest
Good governance dictates that officers and employees of the Company should be free from any cloud of doubt regarding all dealings with business partners and the public. In 2007, the Company issued implementing guidelines in relation to conflict of interest.
Corporate Entertainment and Gifts
All officers and employees are prohibited from accepting corporate entertainment/gifts from suppliers, contractors and other business partners, which can be viewed as influencing the manner on which an officer or employee may discharge his duties.
Insider Trading Policy
The Company adopted an Insider Trading Policy in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Securities Regulation Code. The Policy helps ensure the investing public that officers and employees of the company will not use their positions to gain undue advantage over the public when trading in securities of the Company.
Reporting of Fraudulent or Dishonest Acts
Officers and employees are required to immediately report all suspected or actual fraudulent or dishonest acts to their line manager or to the Office of the Compliance Officer. The Company will promptly identify and investigate any suspected fraud and pursue civil and/or criminal actions against officers and employees suspected of fraud.
