Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

The Company adopted the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to confirm its commitment to the highest standards of ethics, good governance, competence and integrity in the relationship among its directors, officers and employees and with the Company’s customers, suppliers, business partners, government offices and the public.

The Code consolidates and enhances the Company’s existing policies on conflict of interest, corporate entertainment and gifts, and insider trading. The Code also includes provisions on honesty and fair dealing, prompt and adequate disclosure of material information and the powers and duties of the Office of the Compliance Officer in relation to the implementation and monitoring of the Code.
