Manila Water cops 2 Anvil Awards · Monday February 25, 2008
Manila Water’s audio visual presentation of its 2008 Service Improvement Plan won an Award of Excellence in the Communication Tools category for electronic media while another award of excellence was given to its Lakbayan Program in the Communication Program category. Lakbayan is a journey to the various water and wastewater facilities of Manila Water to instill awareness and education among various stakeholders on the value of water and need for wastewater services. Receiving the Anvil Awards, dubbed as the Oscars of Public Relations were Jho Sta. Maria, Manila Water’s Corporate Branding Manager, Jeric Sevilla, Manila Water’s Corporate Communications Head, Ranny Habaluyas, Media Relations Manager. Handing out the trophy were PRSP officers Juris Umali Soliman, Ed Alcaraz, Adel Tamano and Butch Raquel.
