...for every Customer. We strive to provide the best quality of service to every customer at reasonable cost. This means, among other things, that water flowing from our pipelines should always be reliable and safe for drinking. We are committed to invest in capital expenditures that will deliver quality of service at par with our counterparts in the region.

... for our People. We envision a fun and nurturing work environment that offers limitless career opportunities to our employees, rewards competence and hard work, ensures health and safety, and brings out the innovative spirit, teamwork and leadership potential of our people.

...for the Environment. Future generations should continue to enjoy the same benefits from the environment as earlier generations did. We will do our part in protecting the environment, as well as restoring the natural resources, those that have been ravaged through years of neglect and misuse.

...for our Shareholders. We will enhance shareholder value by ensuring profits that will continue to grow, and capital resources that are wisely and efficiently used. The basic rights of every shareholder, including the right to information, should be protected at all times, but without compromising the best interests of the company as a whole.

...for the Urban Poor. Every individual should have access to clean, affordable water and decent sanitation services. In the process of delivering these basic water and sanitation services to urban poor communities, we encourage them to organize themselves and become more self-reliant.

Aside from our customers, employees and shareholders, other stakeholders are also important for our company's success. These stakeholders include, among others, our regulators, bank creditors and service providers as well as non-governmental organizations (NGOs). By forging lasting partnerships with each stakeholder, we ensure the long-term survival of our company.
