Fernando Zobel de Ayala

Fernando Zobel de Ayala, Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee, Filipino, 46 years old

Director of the Company since May 15, 1997. He also holds the following positions: President and Chief Operating Officer of Ayala Corporation; Chairman of Ayala Land Inc., and Ayala International Pte. Ltd. Vice Chairman, Executive Committee of Bank of the Philippine Islands; Vice Chairman of Ayala Foundation, Inc.; Board Member of Integrated Microelectronics, Inc. and Globe Telecom. Mr. Fernando Zobel de Ayala graduated with a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Harvard College in 1982. He also holds a Certificate of International Management at INSEAD, France.

Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala II

Director, Filipino, 47 years old

Director of the Company since May 15, 1997. He also holds the following positions: Chairman and CEO of Ayala Corporation, Chairman of the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Globe Telecom, Ayala International Pte Ltd, Integrated Microelectronics Inc.; Vice Chairman of the Board of Ayala Land Inc. and Co-Vice Chairman of Ayala Foundation Inc.; Member of the J.P. Morgan International Council, the Mitsubishi Corporation International Advisory Committee, the Toshiba International Advisory Group, and the Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad International Advisory Panel. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics (Cum Laude) from Harvard College in 1981 and obtained an MBA (with Distinction) from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1987.

Antonino T. Aquino

President, Filipino, 59 years old

Director of the Company since April 24, 1998. Mr. Aquino joined the Company as Group Director for Corporate Affairs and was appointed President in January 1999. He has been with the Ayala Group in various capacities for the past 22 years and now holds the position of Senior Managing Director. He was President of the Ayala Property Management Corporation from 1990 to1998 and senior vice president of Ayala Land, Inc. from 1989 to 1998.

He was also a Business Unit Manager at IBM Philippines Inc. from 1968-1980. He is also a member of various organizations, including Makati Fire Safety Authority, Management Association of the Philippines, Inc., Christian Family Movement, and Makati Environment Foundation, Inc. Mr. Aquino holds a degree in Bachelor of Science, major in Management, and completed his academic units for the masteral degree in Business Management at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Delfin L. Lazaro

Director, Filipino, 60 years old

Director of the Company since May 6, 2002. He also serves as the Treasurer and CFO and is a member of the Management Committee of Ayala Corporation. He also holds the following positions: CEO of the AC Capital Group (an internal division within Ayala Corporation); President and CEO of Azalea Technology Investments, Inc.; Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Globe Telecom, Inc.; Director of Ayala Land, Inc., Integrated Microelectronics, Inc., Ayala Automotive Holdings Corp. and Ayala International Pte. Ltd. He was formerly President and CEO of Benguet Corporation and Secretary of the Department of Energy of the Philippine government. He graduated with B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of the Philippines in 1967 and took his MBA (with Distinction) from Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1971.

Martin Bradbury

Director, British, 51 years old

Director of the Company since February 15, 2007. Mr. Bradbury is presently the Interim Managing Director of United Utilities Contract Solutions. He attended the Senior Executive Programme of Columbia Business School, New York in 2002 and earned his MBA at the Lancaster University Management School in 1994. He obtained his Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies at the Manchester Polytechnic in 1986, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Hiromu Nishimura

Director, Japanese, 49 years old

Director of the Company since February 6, 2001. Mr. Nishimura has been Manager, Environment and Water Business Unit, in Mitsubishi Corporation, since 2002. He graduated at the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Economics, in 1981.

Aurelio R. Montinola III

Director, Filipino, 55 years old

Director of the Company since May 30, 1997. Mr. Montinola also holds the following positions: President, Bank of the Philippine Islands; Chairman of the Board of Directors of BPI Forex Corporation, BPI Operations Management Corporation, Citytrust Realty Corporation, Shenton Realty Corporation, Amon Trading and Derc, Inc.; Chairman and President of BPI Express Remittance Corporation; Vice Chairman of the Board of Republic Cement Corporation, FEU-Asia College; Vice Chairman and Trustee of Far Eastern University; Director of Ayala Land, Inc.; Regional Director of MasterCard International; President and Director of Amon Realty and Vice President and Trustee of Alliance Francaise de Manila. He graduated with a BS Management Engineering degree at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1973 and obtained his MBA at the Harvard Business School in 1977.

Leslie A. Bell

Director, British, 56 years old

Director of the Company since June 2001. A qualified civil engineer, he spent 16 years in a variety of roles for engineering and construction firm AMEC before joining United Utilities in June 2001. He has specialized experience in private finance and joint venture projects, including schemes to provide roads, hospitals and wastewater treatment works. He is responsible for United Utilities operations internationally. He is a member of the Institute of Civil Engineers, and is a BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering holder from Sunderland Polytechnic and MSc Engineering Geology from Durham University.

Alberto L. Jugo

Director, Filipino, 62 years old

Director of the Company since August 28, 2003. Mr. Jugo previously held the Company positions of Director, Business Group, and CFO. Prior to joining the Company, he was Senior Vice President for the Consumer Banking Group and Division Head for Greater Metro Manila for the Bank of the Philippine Islands. For over 30 years, Mr. Jugo was with the Bank of the Philippine Islands serving in various capacities, including Senior Vice President-Bank Branching Group, Division Head-Provincial Banking, Division Head-Branches Administration, Senior Vice President-Institutional Banking Group, and Senior Vice President-Deputy General Manager in BPIís New York City Branch. Currently, he is the President of Habitat for Humanity Philippines Foundation, Inc. He is also a member of the board of directors of Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority and Subic Water and Sewerage Company, Inc.

Cielito F. Habito

Director, Filipino, 54 years old

Director of the Company since May 2004. He graduated with a BS in Agriculture (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines-Los BaÒos. He took his Master of Economics from the University of New England, Armidale, New South Wales, Australia in 1978 and Master of Arts in Economics and Ph.D. in Economics from the Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA in 1984.

Oscar S. Reyes

Director, Filipino, 60 years old

Director of the Company since February 3, 2005. He has been an Independent Director of the Bank of the Philippine Islands since April 2003. Among his other positions are: Chairman of Link Edge, Inc., Unicapital Securities Co., Inc. and Actron Industries, Inc.; Member of the Advisory Board of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company; J.G. Summit Holdings and Chikka Holdings, Inc.; Director of Universal Robina Corporation, D.M. Consunji, Inc., Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation, CEOís Inc., CBV Asset Management Co., Global Resources for Outsourced Workers (GROW), Inc.

Solomon M. Hermosura

Corporate Secretary, Filipino, 44 years old

Corporate Secretary of the Company since April 3, 2006. He also holds the following positions: Director, Pameka Holdings, Inc., Water Capital Works, Inc.; Director and Corporate Secretary, Philwater Holdings Company, Inc., Northern Waterworks and Rivers of Cebu Inc., and Assistant Corporate Secretary, Ayala DBS Holdings, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College in 1986 and he placed 3rd in the 1986 Bar Examination.
